1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ah188 platform (the "Service"), including but not limited to the website located at ah188.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications, you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the ah188 platform. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances, winnings, and bonuses.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ah188 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ah188 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, ah188 requires all users to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys national ID, or other valid government-issued ID)
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photo of GCash account, bank account statement, or credit card with sensitive details partially obscured)

ah188 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, location, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ah188 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally processed instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. ah188 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of clear processing error.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ah188 account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. You may not use the ah188 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. ah188 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to refuse or reverse deposits that are suspected of originating from illegal or fraudulent activities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not feasible, ah188 may require selection of an alternative payment method.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

ah188 strives to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes advertised on the platform (typically within five minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and up to three business days for bank transfers). Processing times may be extended for first-time withdrawals, large payout amounts, or withdrawals requiring additional verification. ah188 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by payment method and displayed in the cashier section of your account. ah188 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits and to modify these limits at any time.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from promotional bonuses, free spins, or other promotional offers may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion and must be satisfied in full before withdrawal is permitted. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

ah188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. 7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players are expected to engage in fair play and to refrain from using any strategies, techniques, or technologies that provide an unfair advantage. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software bugs or glitches, collusion with other players, use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods, and any form of cheating or manipulation.

7.2 Game Integrity

All games offered on the ah188 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance (for games of chance) or by the player's skill and decisions (for skill-based games). ah188 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the ability to control results in favor of or against any player.

7.3 Irregular Play

ah188 reserves the right to investigate any gameplay that appears irregular or suspicious. This includes, but is not limited to: unusually high win rates, patterns of play inconsistent with normal player behavior, or betting activity that suggests knowledge of game outcomes in advance. If irregular play is detected, ah188 may suspend the account pending investigation and may void bets and withhold winnings if fraudulent activity is confirmed.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods through the account settings dashboard. 9. Prohibited Activities

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

ah188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false or misleading information, abuse of promotions, or any conduct that ah188 deems harmful to the platform or other users.

In the event of account termination, ah188 will return any remaining balance in your account, provided that the balance was derived from legitimate deposits and gameplay and that you are not in violation of these Terms. Bonuses, promotional winnings, and funds derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other materials available on the ah188 platform are the property of ah188 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah188, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your account or content
• Interruption of service, software bugs, or technical malfunctions

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, ah188's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ah188, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be govern ed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to ah188's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the ah188 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ah188 with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Service.
